妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压临床护理效果及预后分析

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压临床护理效果及预后分析。方法选择该院2018年2月-2019年2月收治100例妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例采用常规护理,研究组50例实施优质护理,对两组心理状态及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、收缩压以及舒张压均优于对照组(t=18.668、4.713、4.827、5.469,P<0.05);研究组生活质量明显比对照组优(t=28.185、25.508、29.462、30.798,P<0.05);研究组满意度94.00%高于对照组78.00%(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病并妊娠期高血压采用优质护理,可改善血糖、血压水平,有效提高患者生活质量及临床满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect and prognosis of gestational diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were selected from the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 50 patients in the control group received conventional care, and 50 patients in the study group received high-quality care. To compare the mental state and quality of life between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were better than those of the control group(t=18.668,4.713,4.827,5.469,P<0.05);the quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(t=28.185,25.508,29.462,30.798,P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was 94.00% higher than the control group of 78.00%(χ^2=5.316,P <0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing for gestational diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy can improve blood glucose and blood pressure levels, effectively improve the quality of life and clinical satisfaction of patients, and is worthy of popularization in clinic.
