五代十国政局分裂、社会动荡,政治、经济、文化、艺术等诸多方面都呈现出一种紊乱、多元、复杂的态势。基于这种"裂变"的时代特性,使得当时壁画墓的面貌也表现为多样化。以壁画墓、墓志等考古遗存为研究载体,结合历史文献资料信息,对五代十国壁画墓墓主人阶层进行分析与认定,是深入研究该时期壁画墓的基础和前提,同时更有利于进一步探讨墓主人与墓葬之间的互动关系。
