摘要
为了提高移相全桥(Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge,PSFB)DC-DC变换器的性能,该文提出了一种新型变压器,即把变压器的二次绕组与同步整流管(Synchronous Rectifier,SR)的散热片集成为一个铜片,与传统变压器相比,新型变压器提高了二次回路的散热性能,同时减小了变换器的体积。该文还对该变压器进行了有限元仿真(Finite Element Method,FEM),验证了该变压器的可行性。
In order to improve the performance of the Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge(PSFB) DC-DC converter,a novel transformer was proposed in this paper.It could be calculated that the novel transformer whose secondary winding and the synchronous rectifier(SR) heat sink were integrated into a copper sheet promoted the heat dissipation in the secondary circuit compared with the conventional transformer,and reduced converter volume at the same time.The simulation of the transformer based on Finite Element Method(FEM) was also presented in the paper,which has verified the feasibility of the transformer.
