户用超声热量表4000次耐久性试验与结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 户用超声热量表作为供热计量的重要计量器具,其准确性和耐久性至关重要。针对热量表欧洲标准EN1434提出的4000次耐久性试验,对国内部分热量表企业生产的户用超声热量表进行4000次耐久性试验。试验结果表明,该次试验的大部分产品符合4000次耐久性试验要求,产品质量能够达到欧洲标准的要求。此外,通过快速的温度负荷变化,4000次耐久性试验能够表征户用超声热量表的耐久性,与传统的2400h耐久性试验相比,具有更严苛的试验条件,较好的试验效果,较高的试验效率,具有一定的推广价值。 As an important measuring instrument for heat metering,the accuracy and durability of household ultrasonic heat meter is very important.According to the European standard EN1434, 4000 times durability test was carried out on the heat meters produced by some domestic heat meter enterprises.The test results show that most of the products in this test meet the requirement of 4000 times durability test,and the product quality can be up to the requirement of European standard.Furthermore,4000 times durability test can characterize the durability of heat meter through the rapid temperature load change,and compared with the traditional 2400 h durability test,it has more stringent test conditions,better test effect,higher test efficiency and has a certain value to spread.
