摘要
某多通道综合化控制台作为某通信系统的重要组成部分,其主要用途是提供多通道多种类的控制信号给各级分系统,并实时监控各级分系统的工作状态通过1553总线上报给系统的上位机。原控制台均为定制型,其研发成本较高、研制周期较长、可靠性较低。为解决不同型号需求定义不统一的问题,提出对其开展"通用化、系列化、组合化"(简称"三化")研究方案,以达到降低研发成本、缩短研制周期、提高产品可靠性的目的。经可靠性预计,该新研控制台可靠性预计值远大于成熟期规定值,并且模块数量由原来的9个减少到7个,且均为共享模块,目前可以应用在7种不同的型号系统上,随着型谱的不断丰富,将有着更广阔的应用前景。
As an important part of a communication system,a multi-channel integrated console is mainly used to provide multi-channel and multi-kinds of control signals to sub-systems at all levels,and to monitor the working status of sub-systems at all levels through 1553 bus to the upper computer of the system.The original console is customized,with high r&d cost,long development cycle and low reliability.In order to solve the problem that different types of requirements are not defined uniformly,a research scheme of "generalizing,serializing and combining"(referred to "sanghua") is put forward to reduce the r&d cost,shorten the development period and improve the product reliability.According to the reliability estimation,the reliability estimation value of the new research console is much higher than that of the maturity period,and the number of modules is reduced from the original 9 to 7,and they are all Shared modules,which can be applied to 7 different types of systems at present.With the continuous enrichment of the spectrum,it will have a broader application prospect.
