摘要
创新对外传播与翻译方式,讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,已经成为时代的主题和翻译工作者的光荣使命。本文在梳理翻译内涵变化的基础上,指出了当前翻译理论与实践存在的不足,提出应从对外传播需要及创新对外传播话语体系的角度重新思考翻译标准问题,确立翻译的话语等效标准。文章认为,要做好对外翻译传播,应从传播对象、传播内容、传播路径与传播主体等四个方面着力,构建完整的对外话语传播体系,实现对外话语传播体系的创新和翻译的话语等效。
It is the theme of the time to tell the true story of our country and make our voice heard by innovating the ways of foreign-oriented publicity translation.Based on a review of the changes in our understanding to translation,this paper examines the problems in current theoretical research and practice of translation,proposing to rethink the criteria of translation and set discourse equivalence as a new translation principle to meet the demand of the time and to innovate the foreign-oriented discourse communication system.To realize such a goal,translators at large should show special concern to the recipients,contents,methods and participants of foreign-oriented communication,as to achieve equivalent effect on the discourse level.
