The paper points out that the development of nonlinear science has changed people’s perception of the world,and the new scientific concept has a great influence on the architectural design theory from concept to method.Fractal theory is an important part of nonlinear science,and percolation is a kind of random fractal.This paper emphatically analyses the characteristics of fractal percolation theory and its influence on architecture,summarizes its unique architectural space view and aesthetic view with design cases,and explores the pluralistic characteristics of contemporary architecture under the new era background.
