当代中国新史学发展趋向问题刍论——立足于近代社会史研究的讨论

On the New Trends in Recent Chinese Historiography:An Appraisal Based on Views from Social History

新时期以来的史学发展以"新史学"话语来诠释自己的时代价值,其成就之一就是社会史或者新社会史的兴起。在将近40年的历史进程中,社会史在不断拓展领域和跨学科延展中保持持久昌盛的基本态势,它从整体上塑造了新时期以来的中国史学的面貌。当然,如果从更为严格的角度来评鉴的话,也不得不承认,新史学在发展中出现了一些值得反思的问题,比如社会学化、区域化取向以及刻意求新的风尚,等等。在未来新时代历史学构建的进程中,这些问题应该引起学界的关注。

The development of historiography in the new era has manifested in the discourse of"New Historiography."One of its achievements is the rise of Social History or"New Social History."Over the course of the past four decades,the study of social history has been prospering as it has continuously widened the research field by embracing interdisciplinary methods.As a result,its development shaped the prospects of Chinese historiography in the new era.Admittedly,if we follow a stricter standard of evaluation,there are some problems worthy of reflection in the development of New Historiography,such as the sociologization and the localization of historical research and the pursuit of new fashions in research.So we should pay attention to these problems in academia in the new era.
