摘要
为便于北极航行运营决策,在考虑冰区气象条件的基础上,为保证船舶安全性,降低船舶成本,建立不同冰情影响下的北极船舶航速优化模型.鉴于北极航运与冰区通航有严格的时间窗约束,利用离散时间元法,建立有向无环图,利用最短路径算法进行求解,极大地提高了模型求解精度.通过改变冰密集度,求得不同冰情下使航次总成本最小的最优航速,解决冰区航线航行经济性选择问题,可以进一步为北极航线船舶运营提供决策支持.
In order to facilitate the decision-making of Arctic navigation operation,based on considering the meteorological conditions in the ice area,an optimization model of Arctic ship speed under the influence of different ice conditions was established to ensure the safety of ships and reduce the cost of ships.Since the ice area navigation has strict time window constraints,a discrete time element method was used to establish a directed acyclic graph,and to be solved by shortest path algorithm,which greatly improved the accuracy of the model.By changing the ice density,the optimal speed to minimize the total cost of voyage was obtained under different ice conditions,and solved the problem of navigation economy selection in the ice area,which can further provide decision support for ship operation in the Arctic route.
