摘要
以武汉某能源站为设计对象,分析外部资源条件和区域用能特点,测算区域热负荷、冷负荷、生活热水负荷、天然气年耗气量和用电负荷,对该能源站进行设备选型设计。通过对七7组设计方案进行对比,选择燃气内燃机、溴化锂机组、风冷热泵、水源热泵和离心式冷水机组的组合设计方案。与传统的供能方式(市电+燃气锅炉+电制冷机)相比,该方案具有较高的发电效率,同时较低的一次能源消耗,再结合余热利用,能够实现多方面的节能效益;所用天然气为清洁能源,不含硫化物和颗粒物,减排效果显著。本项目能源站的年平均综合能源利用效率为78.25%。
Designing an energy station in Wuhan.We analyze the external resource conditions and regional energy consumption characteristics,calculate the local heat load,cooling load,domestic hot water load,annual gas consumption,and power load,and design the equipment selection of the energy station.Through the comparison of seven design schemes,the combined design scheme of a gas engine,LiBr unit,air-cooled heat pump,water source heat pump,and centrifugal water chiller is selected.Compared with the traditional way of energy supply(municipal power+gas boiler+electric refrigerator),the scheme has higher power generation efficiency,lower primary energy consumption.Combined with waste heat utilization,it can achieve various energy-saving benefits;the natural gas used is clean energy,free of sulfide and particles,with significant emission reduction effect.The annual average comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of the energy station of the project is 78.25%.
