某火电厂不同石灰石制浆系统综合性能对比分析 被引量:1

Comparison of comprehensive performance of different two limestone pulping systems in thermal power plant

摘要 以某电厂的一期、二期、三期六共6台机组的浆液制备系统为例,对外购石灰石粉制浆和湿磨制浆这2种不同的制浆系统从工艺流程、技术性能和经济性上进行分析比较。通过对比分析得出,外购石灰石粉制浆系统主要有具有系统简单维护方便的特点,但从经济性考虑,湿磨制浆系统的经济性优于外购石灰石粉制浆,湿式球磨机磨制的石灰石浆液也更有利于脱硫系统的长期可靠稳定运行。 Taking the slurry preparation system of six units in a power plant as an example,analysis and comparison of two different pulping systems of purchased limestone powder pulping and wet milling pulping in terms of process flow,technical performance and economy.Through comparative analysis,the purchased limestone powder pulping system is characterized by simple system and convenient maintenance.In consideration of economy,the economy of wet milling pulping system is better than that of purchased limestone powder pulping system.The limestone slurry milled by the wet ball mill is also more conducive to the long-term reliable and stable operation of the desulfurization system.
