摘要
针对某办公楼空调系统运行费用高的现状,本次方案设计通过对项目的进行前期调研,并做原因分析,选定本次方案设计。指出旧设备超出了使用年限,使得机组运行在较低的能效水平,导致了整体的运行能耗较高;其次,通过设备选型、容量校核等,选取了达到国家标准规范的空气源热泵作为该楼内的冷热源设备;最后,进行了通过节能及经济性测算,为该楼内的空调系统冷热源节能改造提供了依据,确保改造后的空调系统达到节能环保、经济适用、节约成本的要求。
Based on the situation of high cost about air-conditioning system in a office building,this scheme point out that the old equipment operates in a low efficiency and causes to high energy consumption by preliminary investigation and reason analysis.Secondly,according to equipment selection and capacity check,select air source heat pump as the cold and heat source in building.Finally,using the energy-saving calculation and economics analysis provides the evidence to the energy-saving reconstruction,ensure the air-condition system economic.
