某电厂600 MW超临界火力发电机组低速钢球磨煤机运行中出现驱动电流大幅波动,危及设备安全,现场通过传统检修工艺和精密诊断相结合,判断为大罐传动齿轮严重磨损,及时调面后恢复设备运行,避免设备的进一步损坏。
The driving current of the low-speed ball mill of a 600 MW supercritical thermal power unit fluctuates greatly during its operation,endangering the safety of the equipment.Through the combination of traditional maintenance technology and precise diagnosis,it is judged that the driving gear of the large tank is severely worn,and the equipment operation is resumed after the surface adjustment in time to avoid further damage of the equipment.
