摘要
本文采用问卷法、录像分析法、对比分析等研究方法,对散打和摔跋转型运动员在MMA比赛中的技术应用和获胜方式进行研究,分析他们的技术长处与存在不足,并提出相应改进建议,旨在为提高转型运动员综合实力、提高我国MMA运动技术水平提供参考。
This paper combines research methods such as questionnaire,video analysis and comparative research to study the technical application and ways of winning in MMA games adopted by transformed free combat sportsmen and wrestlers,and analyzes the merits and demerits of their techniques.Corresponding suggestions for improvement are proposed,aiming at offering reference to the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the transformed sportsmen and rapid improvement of the technical level of Chinese MMA sportsmen.
