针对激光岩心分析仪在应用过程中的问题,有关技术人员开展了基于创新型QC小组活动,对激光岩性分析仪进行小型化研制。通过QC活动,设计优选了技术方案,研制出的小型化激光岩性分析仪体积、重量均得到显著下降,通过创新型QC活动可以有效解决录井行业技术问题,促进录井技术的发展。

In view of the problems in the application of the laser lithology analyzer,the relevant technicians developed a miniaturized laser lithology analyzer through innovative QC group activities.Through QC activities,the technical scheme is designed and optimized,and the volume and weight of the developed miniaturized laser lithology analyzer are significantly reduced,which shows that innovative QC activities can effectively solve the technical problems of logging industry and promote the development of logging technology.
