可燃气体检测仪是在天然气的生产、运输和使用过程中保证安全生产的重要仪器。在燃气泄漏检测行业存在各种类型、各种型号、各种量程的可燃气体检测仪,科学合理地选择检测仪的类型、型号和量程,对于高效检测天然气的泄漏情况具有重要的意义。调研发现,终端燃气公司操作人员在燃气的运输和使用过程中经常存在微小泄漏的误检、漏检的情况。因此,梳理了可燃气体检测仪的发展现状,总结了可燃气体发生泄漏的常见原因,分析了各个环节中易发生泄漏的检测环境,提出经典泄漏情况的可燃气体检测仪选型使用建议,探讨可燃气体检测仪在终端燃气公司的应用情况。

Combustible gas detector is an important instrument to ensure the safety in the production,transportation and use of natural gas.There are combustible gas detectors of different types,models and measurement ranges in the gas leakage detection industry.It is of great significance to select the type,model and range of the detector scientifically and reasonably for the efficient detection of natural gas leakage.Through investigation,it is found that the operators of terminal gas companies often mischeck and miss small leaks in the process of gas transportation and use.Therefore,this paper reviews the development status of combustible gas detector,summarizes the common causes of combustible gas leakage,analyzes the detection environment prone to leakage in each link,puts forward suggestions for selection and use of classic combustible gas detector for leakage,and probes into the application of combustible gas detector in terminal gas company.
