摘要
在一定的温度和压力条件下,天然气中的某些组分与液态水会形成天然气水合物。这些水合物会阻塞天然气管道、阀门和设备等,严重影响正常输气生产。以某输气管道冰堵为例,通过分析新建天然气管道投产初期产生冰堵的原因以及水合物的生成机理,对天然气水合物的生成进行科学预测,并提出切实有效的防治措施及建议,得出冰堵场站的解堵过程,用以指导今后类似管道的投产。
Under certain temperature and pressure,some components of natural gas and liquid water will form gas hydrate.These hydrates will block natural gas pipelines,valves and equipment,seriously affecting the normal gas transmission.Taking the ice blockage of a natural gas transmission pipeline as an example,by analyzing the causes of ice blockage and the formation mechanism of hydrate in the initial stage of new natural gas pipeline operation,this paper makes a scientific prediction of the formation of natural gas hydrate,and puts forward practical and effective prevention measures and suggestions,and obtains the unblocking process of ice blockage station to guide the operation of similar pipelines in the future.
