天然气低温分离系统低温安全性分析及应用

摘要 低温分离技术是天然气处理工艺脱油脱重烃的核心,其安全可靠运行是天然气处理工艺平稳运行的关键。通过对低温分离系统运行流程、材料低温适用性、管道应力分析、工艺模拟计算等方面进行低温安全性评估,从而确保低温分离系统在低温条件下能够安全平稳运行,以保证安全生产。 Low temperature separation technology is the core of natural gas treatment process for oil and heavy hydrocarbon removal,and its safe and reliable operation is the key to determine the stable operation of natural gas treatment process.The safety of low-temperature separation technology is evaluated from the structural principle of low-temperature separation system,low-temperature applicability of materials,pipeline stress analysis and process simulation calculation,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of lowtemperature separation system under low-temperature conditions.
