摘要 为保证风光储能源系统的功率分配和能源供需平衡稳定运行,提高间歇性可再生能源接入电网的可控性,设计开发了一种含风光储能源协调运行的控制装置,介绍了控制装置的组成模块及其功能,分析了风光储能源出力特性,提出了基于风光储能源出力特性的手动运行控制和自动运行控制策略模式。在实物仿真平台上进行了能源出力调节控制运行,运行结果验证了装置在风光储能源协调运行管理与控制方面的有效性与实用性。 In order to ensure the power distribution of wind/PV/storage energy system,stable operation of balance of energy supply and demand,improve the controllability of intermittent renewable energy sources to the grid,a coordinated operation control device for wind/PV/storage energy system is designed.The components and functions of the control device are introduced,the output characteristics of wind/PV/storage energy system are analyzed,and based on the output characteristics,the manual operation control and automatic operation control strategy model are proposed.The energy output adjustment and control operation is carried out on the physical simulation platform.In terms of the coordinated operation management and control of wind/PV/storage energy system,the result shows that its validity and practicability of the coordinated operation control device.
