摘要
在研究塑窗传热特点的基础上,运用二维热传导理论中有限差分法,建立传热控制方程及相对应的边界条件,分别对边框、不同材料交界处等关键结构进行传热研究,建立整窗数学模型,通过MATLAB编程对数学模型进行数值计算,完成整窗传热系数计算。通过与工程数据的对比,说明了所建模型的可行性。
On the basis of studying the heat transfer characteristics of plastic windows,the finite difference method in two-dimensional heat conduction theory is used to establish the governing equations of heat transfer and the corresponding boundary conditions.The mathematical model of the whole window is established,and the mathematical model is numerically calculated through MATLAB programming to complete the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window.The comparative analysis with engineering data illustrates the feasibility of the model.
