摘要
基于失效应变法,针对某型航空发动机轮盘超转破裂试验件开展了轮盘破裂转速计算和试验验证。轮盘破裂转速分析与试验结果符合性较好,轮盘起始破裂位置通过轮盘碎片断口及残余变形获得了验证,通过分析计算和试验结果的对比证明了失效应变法用于轮盘超转破裂分析的合理性,以及相对于轮盘破裂转速的传统分析方法(平均应力法)失效应变法在轮盘破裂转速预测方面的优势。
The disk burst speed behavior was analyzed using strain-based fracture criteria and the related test was carried out for aircraft engine disk.The calculated burst speed had a good correlation with test result,the analysis on crack initiation point was proved by disk burst fragments and deformation,thus the strain-based fracture criteria was verified and its advantage to the traditional analysis method(MUIF)was also presented in this paper.
