通过对圆锥式破碎机水平轴处使用的圆柱滚子轴承NU3221的游隙进行理论计算和实验对比,分析二者之间的关系,得出选水平轴处的轴承游隙时,有效游隙的计算结果必须在同型号C2游隙的下限值以上才安全,使用寿命最长。

Through the theoretical calculation and experimental comparison of the clearance of the cylindrical roller bearing nu3221 used at the horizontal axis of the cone crusher,the relationship between the two is analyzed,and it is concluded that when selecting the clearance of the bearing at the horizontal axis,the calculation result of the effective clearance must be above the lower limit of the same type C2 clearance to be safe,with the longest service life.
