摘要
针对汽车发动机的冷却风扇对机舱热管理所产生的影响,运用了CFD软件的STAR CCM+和AMEsim仿真程序对其机舱热管理所产生的影响进行了研究。在构建三维汽车热管理系统模型的情况下,构建了汽车发动机冷却系统传真模型,获得车辆不同转速与车速情况下的散热器与冷凝器各自进风量,并在不同车速状态下,发动机冷却风扇的转速和冷却模块进风量间关系进行了详细的分析。同时还对散热器的进风量其对发动机冷却水温所产生的影响进行了研究,确定汽车发动机冷却风扇的最合理转速,并对所选风扇转速可靠性及合理性进行了验证。
In view of the influence of the cooling fan of the automobile engine on the cabin thermal management,the star CCM+and AMESim simulation programs of CFD software are used to study the influence of the cabin thermal management.In the case of building three-dimensional automobile thermal management system model,the fax model of automobile engine cooling system is built.The intake air volume of radiator and condenser under different speed and speed of vehicle is obtained.The relationship between the speed of engine cooling fan and the intake air volume of cooling module is analyzed in detail under different speed.At the same time,the influence of the radiator’s air intake on the engine cooling water temperature is studied,the most reasonable speed of the automobile engine cooling fan is determined,and the reliability and rationality of the selected fan speed are verified.
