摘要
底盘测功机在车辆研发及检测过程中应用广泛,其核查方法是以静态的方式测量力臂及力从而计算出扭矩。通过利用新能源汽车驱动轮电机自带的扭矩测量装置,对测功机在车辆行进状态提供的扭矩进行验证。每次试验中读取车辆ECU提供的扭矩数值,通过滑行模拟公式计算测功机提供的扭矩数值,对比二者,得出底盘测功机在动态下提供的扭矩值在±3%以内,验证静态核查的数值与动态时是一致的。
Chassis dynamometer is widely used in the process of vehicle development and testing.Its verification method is to measure the arm and force in a static way to calculate the torque.The torque provided by the dynamometer in the driving state of the vehicle is verified by using the torque measuring device of the driving wheel motor of the EV-vehicle.In each test,read the torque value provided by the vehicle ECU and calculate the torque value provided by the dynamometer through the sliding simulation formula,and compare the two.It is concluded that the torque value provided by the chassis dynamometer in dynamic state is within±3%.It is verified that the value of static verification is consistent with that of dynamic state.
