摘要
城轨车辆架控制动系统设置转向架隔离塞门,用于在运行过程中出现制动不缓解故障时,强行隔离并排除(缓解)对应车辆空气制动力,使故障车辆处于制动缓解状态,保障列车继续运营。但是在切除转向架隔离塞门后,发生过空气制动力仍然没有缓解的情况,导致车辆清客退出运营。通过对制动控制单元控制原理进行分析,得出由于制动控制单元固有的机械和控制特性导致该故障发生,由此提出建议故障处理措施。
The city rail vehicle frame control system is equipped with bogie isolation plug,which is used to forcibly isolate and eliminate(relieve)the corresponding vehicle air braking force when braking failure occurs in the process of operation,so that the fault vehicle is in the state of braking relief,to ensure the continued operation of the train.However,after the bogie isolation gate was cut off,the air braking force was still not relieved,resulting in the withdrawal of vehicles from operation.Based on the analysis of the control principle of the brake control unit,it is concluded that the fault is caused by the inherent mechanical and control characteristics of the brake control unit,and the fault treatment measures are proposed.
