摘要
某机型出水钢管支架固定方式是采用氩弧焊方式焊接,在某次路试中出现漏水现象。本文通过金相分析判断该出水钢管漏水原因,并通过CAE对抱箍优化结构进行模态和强度分析,判断抱箍方案的实用性。通过分析结果,最终决定采用抱箍方式夹紧固定出水钢管支架。
A model of water pipe bracket welding method is argon arc welding method,it appears water leak phenomenon in the process of road test.This paper through metallographic analysis concludes the reason of water pipe leaking,and through the CAE analysis of modal and strength,determines whether the water pipe hoop scheme is appropriate.Through the analysis,finally decided to adopt hoop scheme clamping fixed water pipe bracket.
