摘要
为了实现150M车型的后部下车体焊合总成在原120S后车体自动线上柔性生产,考虑到工厂场地空间有限,否定了全新投入台车夹具的方案,对环线补焊台车夹具进行改造,通过切换两种车型的定位机构达到两种产品的混线生产。这样既减少切换出来台车的存放场地,又降低项目的开发费用,同时切换定位机构的过程较切换台车更省时省力。
In order to achieve the 150 M models of subordinate body after welded assembly on the car body automatic line after the original 120 S flexible production,considering the factory floor space is limited,rejected the new in the scheme the pallet fixture and the loop line repair welding modification,car fixture,by switching two models positioning to achieve product mix line production.In this way,it can not only reduce the storage space for cars,but also reduce the development cost of the project.At the same time,the process of switching positioning mechanism is more time-saving and labor-saving than switching trolley.
