中高职衔接背景下高职工科类学生职业素质提升研究

Research on the Professional Quality Promotion Mmechanism of Higher Vocational Engineering Students Under the Background of the Connection of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

针对中高职衔接背景下高职工科类部分学生缺乏职业理想、缺乏团队合作和吃苦耐劳精神、职业能力较弱等问题,构建以工匠精神为核心,以课程体系、实践基地体系、课程教学体系、校园文化体系为载体的高职学生职业素质提升机制,提升了高职工科类学生的整体职业素质。

In view of the problems existing in Higher Vocational Education Engineering Students Under the background of the Connection of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education,such as the lack of professional ideal,teamwork spirit,hard-working spirit and low professional ability,a professional quality promotion mechanism of vocational college engineering students with craftsman spirit as the core is constructed,which takes curriculum system,promotion platform system,curriculum teaching system and campus culture system as the carrier.AS a result,Professional quality of Higher Vocational Engineering Students have been improved.
