项目教学和职业技能大赛是在教学过程中将学生的专业知识应用于实际,理论与实践有效结合,相互联接,作为职业院校培养创新型人才的重要方式。将“项目+竞赛”教学为思路,不单在某一门课中采用,而是贯穿于所有的专业课当中;建立技能学科竞赛群,扩大参赛选拔,通过梯队培养机制,改变竞赛人才培养模式;建立共享型实训基地,真正实现学习和就业的无缝对接。

Project Teaching and professional skills competition are the important ways of training innovative talents in vocational colleges,which apply students’professional knowledge to practice,combine theory and practice effectively and connect each other.Taking"project+competition"teaching as the idea,not only one course is adopted,but also runs through all professional courses;establishing competition groups of skill disciplines,expanding the selection of competition,changing the training mode of competition talents through echelon training mechanism;establishing shared training base,which really realizes the seamless connection between learning and employment.
