摘要
当前建筑能耗研究缺乏对中国各省进行对比分析,不利于因地制宜进行建筑节能降耗.基于此,首先对中国各省2006-2016年建筑能耗进行计算并通过GIS进行时空对比分析,在此基础上结合STIRPAT模型,分析主要驱动影响因素并构建建筑能耗数学模型,选取高建筑能耗省区为代表计算影响因素影响程度大小.结果表明各省区建筑能耗均处于上升趋势,建筑能耗比例与GDP增速呈反向波动;省区建筑能耗差异较大,呈现"东高西低"态势,两极分化明显;建筑能耗增长影响因素按影响程度大小排序依次为人口总量、居民消费水平、第三产业发展、人均建筑面积、城镇化率.
The current lack of research on building energy consumption is a comparative analysis of various provinces in China,which is not conducive to building energy conservation and consumption reduction according to local conditions.Based on this,the building energy consumption of China’s provinces from 2006 to 2016 is calculated and analyzed by spacetime variation through GIS.The STIRPAT model is combined to analyze the main driving influencing factors and construct the mathematical model of building energy consumption to select high building energy consumption.The provinces and districts represent the degree of influence of the influencing factors.The results show that the energy consumption of buildings in all provinces is on the rise,the proportion of building energy consumption and GDP growth fluctuates in the opposite direction;the energy consumption of buildings in the provinces is quite different,showing the trend of"high east and low west",and the polarization is obvious;building energy consumption The factors affecting growth are ranked by population size,household consumption level,tertiary industry development,per capital construction area,and urbanization rate.
