摘要
以项目调研的远程医疗平台服务质量评价指标及其权重为基础,运用质量功能展开(QFD)理论框架和应用流程构建远程医疗平台服务质量改进模型,找出影响患者满意度的重要因素并进行改进,以缓解患者满意度不高的问题.基于调研数据进行实证分析,验证模型的有效性.结果表明关于远程医疗平台服务质量的研究对平台服务质量的提升有着显著作用.
Based on the service quality evaluation indicators and weights of the telemedicine platform researched by the project,the quality functional development(QFD)theoretical framework and application process are used to construct the telemedicine platform service quality improvement model to identify and improve the important factors affecting patient satisfaction.To alleviate the problem of low patient satisfaction.Based on the survey data,empirical analysis is carried out to verify the validity of the model.The results show that the research on the service quality of telemedicine platform has a significant effect on the improvement of platform service quality.
