基于组合赋权灰色关联模型的职业技术类高校教师绩效评价 被引量:6

The Evaluation of Vocational College Teachers’Performance Based on Combination Weighted Grey Relational Model

摘要 针对职业技术类高校教学特点,构建合理突出优势的教师绩效评价体系.首先结合职业技术类高校的人才培养基本要求,从师德师风、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务四个方面构建指标.采用专家打分法确定四方面的权重,再根据熵权法与变异系数法两种客观赋权法对细化的评价指标进行求权处理,并将主观赋权与客观赋权法相结合确定最终指标权重.本文对八位教师进行评价,符合灰色少数据贫信息的特征,利用灰色关联模型,构建组合赋权法灰色关联职业技术类高校教师绩效评价模型,既保证了评价体系的客观公平性也凸显了科学合理性.最终对江苏旅游职业学院的教师绩效水平进行评价,得出结论并分析原因. In the view of the teaching characteristics of Vocational and technical colleges,we should build a reasonable performance evaluation system for teachers with outstanding advantages.Firstly,combined with the basic requirements of talent cultivation in Vocational and technical colleges the index is constructed:Ethics of Teachers,talent cultivation,scientific investigation and social services.The weights of four aspects are determined by expert scoring method.Then,the weights of detailed evaluation indexes are calculated by two objective weighting methods:entropy weighting method and coefficient of variation method,the final index weight is confirmed by subjective weighting and objective weighting method.This paper evaluates eight teachers,which conforms to the characteristics of minority data and poor information.Using the grey correlation model,we construct the performance evaluation model of grey correlation vocational and technical college teachers which not only guarantees the objective fairness of the evaluation system,but also highlights the scientific rationality.Finally,we evaluate the performance level of teachers in Jiangsu Vocational College of Tourism,and analyse the reasons based on the conclusion.
