摘要
考虑了决策者对方案具有一定偏好,且偏好信息和决策信息都为区间直觉模糊数的多属性决策问题.首先,基于偏差极小化的思想,利用区间直觉模糊得分函数构造优化模型,计算属性权重,然后将TOPSIS方法拓展到区间直觉模糊环境中对方案进行排序,进而提出了一种有方案偏好的TOPSIS区间直觉模糊多属性决策方法.最后,通过实例表明了所提方法的有效性和实用性.
This paper studies the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems with preference information on alternatives,in which the attribute values and the preference information are expressed in the form of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number.Firstly,based on the minimizing deviation method,attribute weight is obtained by building the optimization model of score function.Then TOPSIS method is applied to interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets to establish the priority of alternatives.A new decision-making method which consider the preference information on alternatives is proposed.Finally,an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
