摘要
采用Stober法制备了形貌规整的SiO2,利用均匀沉淀法将CdS离散复合在SiO2表面,合成不同疏水性的CdS/SiO2复合粒子,以CdS/SiO2复合粒子为乳化剂制备Pickering乳液。通过SEM、EDS分析CdS/SiO2复合粒子,数码生物显微镜观察Pickering乳液液滴。结果表明,在CdSO4和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)质量摩尔浓度分别为0.01、0.01 mol/L时制备的CdS/SiO2复合粒子的疏水性随着CdS复合次数的增多而增大;在CdSO4和TAA浓度分别为0.0001、0.001 mol/L时制备的CdS/SiO2复合粒子疏水性无变化。SEM分析结果表明,CdS的尺寸随着复合次数的增加而变大。用不同复合次数的CdS/SiO2复合粒子所制备的Pickering乳液均为O/W型,随着复合次数的增加,乳液液滴的数量和半径均增大,稳定时间也逐渐增大。
SiO2 with regular morphology is prepared by StOber method.CdS/SiO2 composite particles with different hydrophobicity are prepared through discretely compounding CdS on the surface of SiO2 by homogeneous precipitation method.Pickering emulsion is prepared by using CdS/SiO2 composite particles as emulsifier.CdS/SiO2 composite particles are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).Pickering emulsion droplets are observed by a digital biological microscope.Results show that the hydrophobicity of CdS/SiO2 composite particles prepared under cCdSO4=0.01 mol·L-1 and cTAA=0.01 mol·L-1 increases with the increase of CdS compounding times.However,the hydrophobicity of CdS/SiO2 composite particles prepared under cCdSO4=0.0001 mol·L-1 and cTAA=0.001 mol·L-1 remains unchanged.SEM image shows that the size of Cd S becomes larger as the times of CdS compounding increases.Pickering emulsions prepared from Cd S/SiO2 composite particles with different compounding times are always O/W type.With the increase of CdS compounding times,the number and radius of emulsion droplets increase,and the stabilization time prolongs gradually.
