硬质涂层与钛合金的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:1

Wear Behavior of Hard Coatings against TC4 Ti-Alloy:An Experimental Study

摘要 采用c-ARC+多弧离子镀技术在硬质合金YG8上制备了表面层分别为Ti33Al67N、Ti50Al50N和Cr30Al70lN的涂层,研究了以上涂层与TC4钛合金间的摩擦磨损行为,利用扫描电镜、电子能谱仪、显微硬度仪、划痕仪等对涂层性能及表面形貌、磨痕形貌及成分进行了表征。试验结果表明:与TC4合金摩擦时,硬质涂层最主要的磨损失效是局部撕裂,撕裂破坏程度则由涂抹的钛合金同接触物资形成的粘着节点的强度来决定。低载荷下,表面为高铝含量的Ti33Al67N涂层同TC4合金对磨时表现较佳,优于表面为中铝含量的Ti50Al50N涂层和Cr30Al70N涂层,而在高载荷下,则表面为Cr30Al70N的涂层的耐磨性较佳。 The Ti33Al67N,Ti50Al50N and Cr30Al70lN hard-coatings were deposited by c-ARC+ cathode arc ion platting on substrate of YG8 cemented carbide.The influence of the sliding-load and Al-content on the tribological behavior against TC4 Ti-alloy and interfacial adhesion was investigated with scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy and conventional mechanical tools to understand the wear mechanism(s).The preliminary results show that a combination of smearing,adhesive and oxidation wear-mechanisms produced localized peeling-off of the coatings from the substrate and that the Al-content mattered.To be specific,at a lower load,Ti33Al67N coating had the best wear-resistance;but at a higher load(~20 N),Cr30Al70lN coating exhibited the best wear-resistance.The localized film peeling-off was also tentatively discussed.
