食品级惰性粉防虫技术在竖向通风系统仓房中的应用

Application of Insect Control Technology of Food Grade Inert Powder in Vertical Ventilation System Warehouse

本文将食品级惰性粉防虫技术与仓房竖向通风系统相结合,通过轴流风机的引流使惰性粉从上至下均匀分布在粮堆内,对储粮害虫进行防治。结果表明,该技术达到了良好的防虫效果,降低了保管费用,实现了储粮夏季免熏蒸而能安全度夏的目的,从而实现绿色储粮的目标。

In this paper, insect control technology of food grade inert powder is combined with the vertical ventilation system of the warehouse, the inert powder can be evenly distributed in the grain pile from top to bottom through the drainage of the axial flow fan, so as to control the stored grain pests. The results show that the technology has achieved good insect control effect, reduced storage costs, and achieved the goal of saving grain in summer without fumigation and safe summer, so as to achieve the goal of green grain storage.
