摘要
GB 1353《玉米》属重大基础性标准,也是强制性标准,其在促进我国粮食生产,保护农民利益、保障消费安全、规范我国粮食市场、促进粮食流通,制订和实施收购政策等方面发挥了重要作用。本文对GB 1353《玉米》修订的原因,修订原则,修订的主要指标,不完善粒指标的修订和沿革,容重指标的修订,生霉粒检验解读进行了探讨,对粮油检验人员理解运用玉米国家标准起到指导借鉴作用。
"corn" national standards are important basic standards, is mandatory standards. It plays an important role in promoting China’s grain production, protecting the interests of farmers, ensuring the safety of consumption, regulating China’s grain market, promoting the circulation of grain, and formulating and implementing purchase policies. Based on the principle of the revision of the national standard of corn, this paper discusses the revision and evolution of the imperfect grain index, the revision of the bulk density index and the interpretation of the inspection of moldy grain from the perspective of the revision of the national standard of corn, hoping to provide guidance and reference for the inspectors of grain and oil to understand and apply the national standard of corn.
