摘要
近年来食品安全问题一直是人们关注的重点。而食品微生物检测技术作为鉴定食品质量、提高食品安全性的关键性技术手段,在食品质量控制中具有重要意义。因此,本文主要阐述了食品微生物检测技术及其质量控制对食品检测的重要性。
In recent years, food safety has always been the focus of people’s attention. As a key technology to identify food quality and improve food safety, food microbiological testing technology is of great significance in food quality control.Therefore, this paper will discuss the importance of food microbial detection technology and its quality control.
