我国是一个饮食大国,调味品是我国烹饪技巧发展中必不可少的基础元素。对于烹饪来说,调味品是菜品的灵魂,可以提高菜品的色泽及香味。而味道也是影响中国烹饪的关键因素,我国各大菜系所使用的食材相差不大,但在调味品的使用方面存在较大的差异,所以,调味品是中国烹饪发展的核心内容。本文对现代调味品在中国烹饪发展中的作用展开探讨,希望可帮助餐饮从业者合理使用调味品以改善菜品。
Our country is a great catering country, and condiments are also essential basic elements in the development of our cooking skills. As far as cooking is concerned, seasoning is the soul of the dish, which can maximize the color, fragrance. The taste is also a key factor affecting Chinese cooking, and the ingredients used in major cuisines in China are very similar. However, there are large differences in the use of condiments, so it is said that condiments are the core content of the development of Chinese cooking. This article will discuss the role of modern condiments in the development of Chinese cooking. It is hoped that it can effectively help the catering industry to use different condiments rationally to enhance the taste quality of the dishes.
