摘要
本文结合现有数据与事件,分析外卖食品安全问题问责机制的缺陷,在现有法律法规的基础上梳理各方责任,并对我国的问责维权机制提出合理的建议,力求让外卖食品真正曝露在"阳光"之下,更好地保护消费者的合法权益。
Based on the existing data and events, this paper will analyze the defects of the accountability mechanism for the safety of take-away food, comb the responsibilities of all parties on the basis of the existing laws and regulations, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the accountability and right-safeguarding mechanism of our country, strive to let take-away food really exposed in the "Sunshine", better protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
