摘要
加强食品安全是保证人民群众生命健康安全的基础,随着人们对高层次食品需求的增长,食品安全管理难度日益增加。本文立足于供应链视角,从食品生产、加工、储运、销售与消费等环节入手,分析食品风险,以此构建基于食品供应链的食品安全管理体系,保障人民群众的饮食安全。
Strengthening food safety is the foundation to ensure people’s health and safety. With the growth of people’s demand for high-level food, food safety management is increasingly difficult. Based on the perspective of the supply chain, this paper analyzes the risks of food safety from the aspects of food production, processing, storage and transportation, sales and consumption, so as to build a food safety management system based on the food supply chain and ensure the food safety of the people.
