摘要
本文主要对2019年四川省食品监督抽检情况进行统计分析,分别从整体以及季度抽检情况、各食品类别抽检情况和主要问题类别方面进行分析。结果表明,2019年抽检检出12 135批次不合格样品,合格率为94.27%。抽检涉及35个食品大类,有30个食品大类检出不合格样品,合格率最低的食品类别为粮食加工品,比总体合格率低14.27个百分点。发现的主要问题为超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂和微生物污染问题等,因此需进一步加强监管、精准抽检、提升企业生产工艺,保障食品安全。
This paper mainly conducts statistics on the sampling inspection of food in Sichuan Province in 2019, and analyzes the situation from four aspects: overview of the overall situation, quarterly supervision and sampling inspection, categories of unqualified sample food, and the distribution of problems found. In 2019, 12 135 batches of unqualified samples were detected, with a qualified rate of 94.27%. The sampling samples covered 35 food categories, and the unqualified samples involved 30 food categories. Food processing products were found to be the most unqualified samples which is 14.27 percentage point lower than the overall qualified rate. The main problems found are over range and over limited use of food additives and microbial pollution. It is necessary to further strengthen supervision, accurate sampling, improve the production process of the enterprise, and ensure food safety.
