石家庄市“第三极”背景下晋州城市团发展构想

Development Conception of Jinzhou City Group in the Background of Shijiazhuang’s "Third Pole"

晋州市处于藁城区、无极县、深泽市、辛集市以及赵县中间,在构建石家庄市"第三极"城市体系过程中扮演着节点角色,为了使晋州市在石家庄城市团建设过程中更好地发挥作用,需要前瞻性地考虑以晋州市为核心的城市团的空间布局.在晋州市行政区划内需要将槐树镇、小樵镇、桃源镇和马于镇作为4个触手,分别成为与无极县、深泽县、辛集市、藁城区整合在一起的连接点,在县域行政区划内形成"一心+四次"的"城市团+城市带"格局,为构建"锥状网络"发展构架的"六心次级城市团"格局奠定基础.晋州市在发挥节点作用的过程中需要向西、向东同时推进,向西形成"双三角构架",向东形成以"X"纽带为核心的"枣核"发展构架.

Jinzhou City is located in the middle of Gaocheng District, Wuji County, Shenze City, Xinji City and Zhaoxian County. It plays a node role in the process of building the "third pole" city system of Shijiazhuang City. In order to play a better role in the future, it is necessary to prospectively consider the spatial layout of urban group with Jinzhou as the core. In the administrative division of Jinzhou, Huaishu Town, Xiaoqiao Town, Taoyuan Town, Mayu Town need to be regarded as tentacles, respectively, become the connecting points of integration with Wuji County,Shenze County, Xinji City, Gaocheng District, forming a "one heart + four times" "city group + city belt" pattern in the county administrative divisions to build "the cone-shaped network" development framework laid the foundation for the "six-center secondary city cluster" pattern. Jinzhou City needs to advance both westward and eastward in the process of playing the role of node, forming a "double-triangular framework" to the west and a "zao nuclear" development framework with the "X" link at the east.
