小针刀松解结合正清风痛宁注射液治疗肘关节挛缩的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Xiaozhendaosongjie Combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on Elbow Contracture

目的分析讨论对肘关节挛缩患者进行小针刀松解和正清风痛宁注射液联合治疗的具体效果和实际价值。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年12月肘关节挛缩患者72例,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,每组36例,对照组,应用小针刀松解治疗;观察组,应用小针刀松解+正清风痛宁注射液治疗。比较两组患者术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3月HSS评分和总有效率。结果术前,两组患者HSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周、1月和3月,观察组HSS评分明显高于对照组(t=5.502、5.480、3.897,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总有效率分别为97.23%和77.77%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=17.312,P<0.05)。结论对肘关节挛缩患者进行小针刀松解和正清风痛宁注射液联合治疗可以有效改善患者上肢功能,整体治疗效果良好,在临床治疗中具有长远应用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the specific effect and practical value of Xiaozhendaosongjie combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning injection in the treatment of elbow contracture.Methods 72 cases of elbow joint contracture in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order.The observation group,which was treated with Xiaozhendaosongjie+Zhengqing Fengtongning injection.HSS scores and total response rates were compared between the two groups of patients before surgery,1 week after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery.Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in HSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).HSS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the operation(t=5.502,5.480,3.897,P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 97.23%and 77.77%,respectively.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ2=17.312,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Xiaozhendaosongjie and Zhengqing Fengtongning injection can effectively improve the upper limb function of patients with elbow contracture,and the overall treatment effect is good,which has long-term clinical value.
