呼吸与危重症医学科鲍曼不动杆菌感染情况及耐药性分析

Analysis of Acinetobacter Baumannii Infection and Drug Resistance in Respiratory and Critical Medicine

目的探究呼吸与危重症医学科鲍曼不动杆菌感染及耐药性情况,以便在医院感染控制、预防,临床抗菌药物合理使用中将重要的依据有效提供。方法选取200株在2018年3月—2019年3月该院呼吸与危重症医学科分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌,通过前瞻性监测和回顾性分析方法,仔细查阅临床微生物检测报告和临床资料,对鲍曼不动杆菌感染及耐药性进行统计分析。结果在200株鲍曼不动杆菌中有180株感染菌株,感染率为90.00%;通过进行体外药敏试验,结果显示鲍曼不动杆菌对呋喃妥因、头孢替坦、氨苄西林的耐药率均为100.00%。结论导致医院感染发生的主要影响因素为鲍曼不动杆菌致病菌,该致病菌存在较广的耐药谱和较强的耐药性,临床上需要积极预防控制和实时监测鲍曼不动杆菌,按照药敏试验结果对抗菌药物进行合理选择,同时采取有效的院感管理措施,以促进医院感染和耐药菌株的流行得到控制。

Objective To investigate the infection and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine,so as to provide an important basis for the effective control of hospital infection control,prevention and clinical antibiotics.Methods Select 200 strains of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the department of respiratory and critical care medicine of the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019,and carefully review the clinical microbiological test report and clinical data through prospective monitoring and retrospective analysis.Statistical analysis of acinetobacter baumannii infection and drug resistance.Results Among 200 strains of acinetobacter baumannii,180 strains were infected,90.00%were infected.The drug susceptibility test in vitro showed that the drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumans to nitrofurantoin,cefotetan and ampicillin was 100.00%.Conclusion Affect the occurrence of hospital infection of main influence factors for acinetobacter baumannii pathogenic bacteria,the bacteria exist wide spectrum of resistance and strong resistance,the clinical needs of active prevention and control and real-time monitoring of acinetobacter baumannii,according to antimicrobial susceptibility test Results to rational selection of antimicrobial agents,and take effective measures,the sense of school management to promote the hospital infection and drug resistant strains of epidemic under control.
