手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Operation Room Detail Nursing in Ensuring the Safety of Operation Room Nursing

目的探讨在保证手术室护理安全中手术室细节护理的应用效果。方法便利选取2017年8月—2019年8月在该院手术的患者(200例)进行研究,经随机数表法均分成研究组和对照组,每组100例患者。对照组手术室常规护理,在此基础上研究组加手术室细节护理,对比两组的护理满意度、手术时间、手术室风险事件、术后并发症。结果研究组护理的总满意度(98.0%)高于对照组(87.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.721,P=0.003)。研究组手术时间(72.02±3.58)min少于对照组(79.61±4.82)min,差异有统计学意义(t=12.641,P=0.000)。研究组总的手术室风险事件发生率(1.0%)低于对照组(18.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.807,P=0.000)。研究组总的术后并发症发生率(3.0%)低于对照组(14.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.779,P=0.005)。结论在保证手术室护理安全中,应用手术室细节护理可降低手术室风险事件的发生风险,同时可提高患者护理满意度,还可降低术后并发症的发生风险,并可缩短手术时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in operating room to ensure the safety of nursing in operating room.Methods 200 patients(200 cases)who underwent surgery in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were convenient selected for the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,100 cases in study group and 100 cases in control group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and on this basis,the study group received detailed nursing in the operating room.The nursing satisfaction,operation time,risk events in the operating room and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group(98.0%)was higher than that in the control group(87.0%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.721,P=0.003).The operation time of study group(72.02±3.58)min was shorter than that of control group(79.61±4.82)min,the difference statistically was significant(t=12.641,P=0.000).The overall incidence of risk events in the study group(1.0%)was lower than that in the control group(18.0%).The difference was significant(χ2=16.807,P=0.000).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(3.0%)was lower than that in the control group(14.0%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.779,P=0.005).Conclusion In order to ensure the safety of nursing in operating room,the application of detailed nursing in operating room can reduce the risk of risk events in operating room,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,reduce the risk of complications and shorten the operation time.
