细节护理在患儿腹腔镜术中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Detail Nursing in Laparoscopic Surgery of Children

目的探讨细节护理在患儿腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法方便选取2018年5月—2019年5月于该院进行腹腔镜手术的患儿82例,根据手术时间先后分组,两组各41例,对照组和实验组分别给予常规护理与细节护理,对比两组手术指标、术中紧急事件发生次数、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果实验组患儿手术时间(52.71±8.50)min、住院时间(3.98±1.17)d明显短于对照组(60.42±8.59)min、(6.01±2.15)d,术中紧急事件发生次数(4.53±1.46)次明显少于对照组(9.27±1.30)次,术后并发症发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组19.51%,而手术室护理满意度为97.56%,明显高于对照组82.93%(t=4.085、5.310、15.526,χ2=4.100、4.987,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.043、0.026)。结论细节护理在患儿腹腔镜手术中具有显著的应用效果,能帮助缩短手术时间,减少术中紧急事件的发生,可有效防治术后并发症,促进术后恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing in children undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 82 children who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selected.According to the operation time,they were divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group and the experimental group were given routine nursing and detailed nursing respectively.The operation indexes,the number of emergencies during operation,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(52.71±8.50)min,hospital stay(3.98±1.17)d in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(60.42±8.59)min,(6.01±2.15)d,and the number of emergency events during the operation(4.53±1.46)times,significantly less than the control group(9.27±1.30)times,postoperative complication rate was 4.88%,significantly lower than the control group 19.51%,and operating room nursing satisfaction was 97.56%,significantly higher than the control group 82.93%(t=4.085,5.310,15.526,χ2=4.100,4.987,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.043,0.026).Conclusion Detailed nursing has significant application effect in laparoscopic surgery for children.It can help shorten the operation time,reduce the occurrence of intraoperative emergencies,effectively prevent and treat postoperative complications,and promote the recovery after operation.It is worth and applying in laparoscopic surgery for children.
