音乐疗法在儿童神经康复中的应用

Application of Music Therapy in Children’s Neurological Rehabilitation

目的探讨音乐治疗法运用于儿童神经康复中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年2月-2018年2月住院收治的脑瘫儿童共计100例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式分成观察组和对照组两组,每组50例。观察组采用一般康复疗法和音乐疗法相结合进行治疗;对照组只采用一般康复疗法进行治疗。两组患儿分别治疗3个月之后,采用GM FM-66粗大运动功能量表以及FM FM-45量表对患儿运动功能进行评估,进行整体康复效果的评定,记录每位患儿治疗前后的数据。结果观察组患儿在康复治疗前GM FM分数分别为(65.02±19.87)分,治疗后(83.21±16.74)分(t=14.065,P<0.05)。对照组患儿在康复治疗前GM FM分数分别为(64.89±21.32)分,治疗后(73.95±17.36)分,康复治疗前后GM FM分数比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.308,P<0.05)。两组在治疗后分数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿在康复治疗前FM FM分数为(54.02±18.36)分,治疗后(78.98.±12.14)分(t=20.255,P<0.05)。对照组患儿在康复治疗前FM FM分数为(55.89±16.74)分,治疗后(71.85±13.89)分(t=18.570,P<0.05)。两组在治疗后分数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿中采用可视音乐疗法可有效提升患儿智力发育水平和适应行为能力,治疗效果较为显著。

Objective To observe the application effect of music therapy in children’s neurological rehabilitation. Methods A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were convenient selected into the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with a combination of general rehabilitation therapy and music therapy;the control group was treated only with general rehabilitation therapy. After 3 months of treatment in each group, the GM FM-66 and FM FM-45 scale were used to evaluate the motor function of the children, and the overall rehabilitation effect was evaluated,record the data before and after treatment for each child. The scores of the two groups were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05). The FM FM scores of the observation group before the rehabilitation were(54.02±18.36)points, and after treatment(78.98±12.14)points(t=20.255,P<0.05). The FM FM score of the control group before the rehabilitation was(55.89±16.74)points, and after treatment(71.85 ±13.89)points(t =18.570, P < 0.05). The scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Visual music therapy in children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve children’s mental development and adaptive behavior, and the treatment effect is more significant.
