康力欣胶囊放射增敏作用在食管癌放化疗中的临床应用效果分析

Clinical Application of Kanglixin Capsule in Radiosensitization of Esophageal Cancer

目的研究与分析康力欣胶囊放射增敏作用在食管癌放化疗中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取在2017年12月-2018年12月来该院进行放化疗的食管癌患者60例作为该次研究的研究对象,随后根据随机数字法将这60例研究对象分为常规放化疗组与康力欣胶囊组,每组30例。其中对常规放化疗组患者采取常规放化疗进行治疗,而对康力欣胶囊组患者采取康力欣胶囊药物放射增敏治疗,随后观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、放疗并发症发生情况以及放化疗副反应发生情况等指标。结果康力欣胶囊组与常规放化疗组患者的治疗总有效率指标存在显著差异,康力欣胶囊组显著高于常规放化疗组(43.3%vs 16.7%),数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.079,P<0.05)。但是康力欣胶囊组与常规放化疗组患者的放疗并发症发生率以及放化疗副反应发生率等指标差异无统计学意义(13.3%vs 16.7%,43.3%vs 46.7%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.131、0.067,P>0.05)。结论康力欣胶囊放射增敏作用在食管癌放化疗中的临床应用效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Kanglixin capsule on radiosensitization in radiotherapy and chemotherapy of esophageal cancer. Methods 60 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were convenient selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number method, the 60 patients were divided into routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy group and Kanglixin capsule group, 30 cases in each group. The routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy group was treated with routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while the Kanglixin capsule group was treated with radiosensitization of Kanglixin capsule. The total effect rate of treatment, complications of radiotherapy and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy were observed. Results There were significant differences in the total effective rate index between Kanglixin capsule group and conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy group. Kanglixin capsule group was significantly higher than conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy group(43.3% vs 16.7%). The different were statistically significant(χ~2=5.079, P <0.05).However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications and side effects between Kanglixin capsule group and conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy group(13.3% vs 16.7%,43.3% vs 46.7%) and there was no statistical significance difference(χ~2=1.131、0.067,P >0.05). Conclusion Kanglixin Capsule has significant clinical application effect in radiotherapy and chemotherapy of esophageal cancer, and it is worthy of further promotion and use.
