手术室护理在骨科无菌手术的应用分析及对切口感染的影响

Application of Nursing in Operating Room in Orthopaedic Sterile Surgery and Its Impact on Incision Infection

目的探讨在骨科无菌手术中手术室护理的应用以及对切口感染产生的影响。方法方便选取2016年9月-2019年9月在该院骨科进行无菌手术的患者(200例)进行研究,在这200例患者中有36例患者发生切口感染,回顾分析切口感染相关影响因素,总结手术室护理措施。结果在该次研究的200例骨科无菌手术患者中,术后有36例患者发生切口感染,其概率是18.0%。具体感染因素是急诊手术、接台手术、腰髋部及以下部位手术、非层流室手术、手术时间>3 h。36例切口感染患者经过针对性的处理后,均康复出院。结论对于骨科无菌手术患者来说,存在较多的切口感染因素,通过手术室护理可降低术后切口感染的风险,并可提高手术的成功率,利于术后患者康复,具有重大的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application of operating room nursing in orthopaedic aseptic surgery and its effect on incision infection. Methods 200 patients who underwent aseptic surgery from September 2016 to September 2019 in the hospital were convenientlly selected for the study. Of these 200 patients, 36 patients had incision infection. The influencing factors of incision infection were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing measures in the operating room were summarized.Results Among the 200 cases of orthopaedic aseptic surgery in this study, 36 cases had incision infection after operation,the probability was 18.0%. The specific infection factors were emergency operation, stage operation, operation at waist and hip and below, non-laminar flow room operation and operation time. All 36 patients with incision infection recovered and discharged after targeted treatment. Conclusion For patients undergoing orthopaedic aseptic surgery, there are many factors of incision infection. Nursing in the operating room can reduce the risk of incision infection after operation, improve the success rate of operation, and help patients recover after operation. It has great clinical significance.
